Empowering People, Building Teams:

I am constantly challenging myself to be a better version of myself and to learn as much as possible about myself. By doing so, I got a greater understanding about people as well. As part of my work I had to attend a workshop on behavioural characteristics that we all possess. I was so blown away by this, that years later I sat my exam and became a facilitator. I find it very helpful to know my strengths and weaknesses and work on those.
We use this concept to help people grow. This technique also works well in producing highly effective teams. Team members that rely on each other based on their strengths to complete a given task.
If you feel you would like to know more about behavioural strengths or how to build an effective team contact us.

The efficiency of a great team is intricately linked to the behavioral strengths of its individual members. Understanding and leveraging these strengths can significantly enhance the team's overall performance.
A strong business team is typically characterized by a diverse set of skills, effective communication, collaboration, and a shared commitment to achieving common goals. The Team Role theory,  identifies different roles that individuals naturally adopt within a team.
Here's a brief overview of some key roles:

A strong team in business often comprises individuals who collectively cover these roles, ensuring a well-rounded and effective approach to tasks and challenges. The key is recognizing and leveraging each team member's strengths to create a balanced and high-performing team.
In summary, the behavioral strengths of individual team members play a pivotal role in determining the overall efficiency of a great team. Recognizing and leveraging these strengths, while also addressing any potential weaknesses, allows the team to function cohesively, adapt to challenges, and achieve its goals more effectively.
Behavioural Profiling
Identify behavioural strengths and weaknesses - Creating better performing Individuals and Teams
Team Roles are used to identify behavioural strengths and weaknesses in the workplace. Whether developing people, resolving conflict or fine-tuning high performance, Team Roles provide the language to ensure that individuals and teams communicate and work together with greater understanding.

High Performance Teams
We apply the principals of strong team roles to build efficient teams. Team Roles used correctly is the language of teams, enabling individuals to be able to project and talk about their behavioral strengths in a productive, safe and non-confrontational way.

Individuals have a greater self-understanding of their strengths, which leads to more effective communication between colleagues and managers. Great teams can be put together, existing teams can be understood and improved, and everyone can feel that they are making a difference in the workplace.
