One of the main reasons for being an entrepreneur is people. Putting people first. Over the years as an employee, I realised that to some businesses the bank balance is more important than the people. This is the reason why I over my working life have started several business to put people/customers first. Yes, it meant that I had to forfeit the yacht, fancy cars, big house, etc. However, I there was always enough to support my family. Treating others with respect and integrity has always been my mantra.
